SCAM / SPAM Said they were from Sky Media and said in the last few days I had had 8 people use my broadband connection. Absolute rubbish as password protected and have checked the devices connected and haven't had any unknown.
They call every day and never stop. I have no idea who they are as they never leave voice mail and if you call back it goes to an expensive 08 numbet.
SCAM, they say that they are your Internet provider. So they can get in your PC .

I ve been on a Vodafone pay as you go sim for a couple of weeks and am now drowning in sales calls which I can t tell whether are not are genuine! Either way, it s driving me bonkers.
I have had the same problem with this no. had charges of £6.45 for 1 second! Also 0901172715 is coming up and charging the same, not sure how any of these have made my bill in total be £34.80!

Scam. I use to work for vodafone, and the first thing i asked after he started talking was " who is your line manager?" "And what system am i on". He freaked out and try come back but not a chance. As for the question providing you managers name should be a problem, unless you are a scammer and it takes you 5-6 seconds to invent a name, secondly vodafone has 2 systems that are being used in the company and it s a very simple to answer this question for a vodafone person. A Google search indicates that the number, if genuine, belongs to TB Law, a law firm in Central London.
SCAM / SPAM Recorded message claiming to be from HM Customs, told me a tax fraud case has been opened against me, to press 1 immediately to be connected to an "officer", and that if I do not press 1 immediately the arrest warrant would be issued and I would be arrested shortly. Very threatening.
