Phone automatically blocked the number but on phoning it back got a very apologetic message basically saying the number had been hijacked by foreign scammers and that the matter was in the hands of ofcom, just block the number and give absolutely no information whatever to them as it could be used for identity fraud.

Pestering advertising company pretending to be from 3 mobile.don t answer and they will eventually give up
