I received a call for this number that is saying that im involved in a fraud. they only inform me what fraud I was involved with if they I will tell them my full name and address. I refused to give my details and they said if I refuse they will send a police to arrest me.

Missed call on mobile today from this number. No message left. When I tried to call back the phone rang once then cut off.
Called me and i answered but said nothing. Usually this tactic ends the call within seconds or someone speaks. This one stayed silent for about 15 seconds so i hung up. Obviously not a genuine caller.
