This number seems to be used by some call centre - I can see very similar numbers reported, all the same range just with last digits different. A common thing - telemarketing mostly uses a range of similar numbers. This one is mostly reported with PPI, insurance marketing, RTA - accident chasers, sometimes called themselves "First Call Group" - just another big call centre. As others have said spam caller, I would block it but they have a whole batch of numbers beginning 020389698** the last 2 digits change daily. My phone is registered on TPS but they still call so breaking the law doesn't bother them.I just reject all numbers that pop up from 0203 now
