RSA are MOTABILITY insurer and we are being targetted for a very minor incident while our MOTABILITY car was stationary/parked/empty off road!Unwelcome, uninvited, disconcerting as related calls can be aggressive. Not sure who called as only caught a voicemail but no one was talking.

Debt collecting agency, just ask them to remove your number from their database.
