I don't know think its safe I got a virus in my phone for a while and aI thought my Fb might be hacked ! I just went into my settings no where my WhatsApp was ,my own number was there . But where my FB was this number was there .and I have put soft ware in . This number belongs to a window company. When asked where they got my landline number from (rarely used) the lady hung up instantly.
Spammer. Ignore and block. They are using an autodialer and claim to be from a UK company which is big BS IF YOUR NOT BUSY TALK TO THEM. Keep them busy so they cannot harass any other people. It's fun try it. I always consider it a goal when you can get them to swear at you lollol
