This number was included in an email saying I had an invoice to pay from PayPal. It is certainly a scam email.
73p access charge an 7p. A short ring received and stop so knew it was a scam, but trying to delete from my missed calls, my phone dialled the number and I ended the call but not quick enough, so charged. Obviously a scam to may you call back a premium number and make money from their charges.
He has a dirty mindset. Every one should block this number.

100% FRAUD! They left me a voicemail, quoting a DHL import duty invoice that I paid 3 weeks ago. I called them, spoke to 'RAJU' - he knew all about me, my company and my invoice, but said don't worry as you've already paid. This is obviously someone at DHL leaking account details to fraudsters, who are preying on people who don't know/remember that they've already paid. Very rude man with poor English trying to upgrade my new phone which did not exist! Apparently he had permission from Vodafone to call me with upgrades to this imaginary phone. I have never used Vodafone but he told me that he had taken calls from my current number arranging for the mystery new phone which was due to be delivered. I would imagine Vodafone would be very annoyed by this kind of cold call criminality.

This number belongs to an adult male... He has been contacting my eleven year old daughter for a period of (almost) three months... I don't have all the details yet but I do know that my daughter is not the only victim of this predator. I only have a limited amount of information (at the moment) but the information I do have indicates that there are (at least) three other children that this predator has contacted (over a period of months)... These children (the ones I know about) are all aged under fourteen
