SCAM said they were Microsoft and there was unusual activity on my computer via internet. Explained that I’d not had my computer on for many months! He stated that it does not matter as ‘they’ can still access. Stated that I would contact Microsoft directly, he gave me another number, I was rumbled when I said I would call back and he asked for me to repeat the number, I’d not written it down! Microsoft do not engage in unsolicited cold calls, and likely not using mobile number

Called twice today. Answered 2nd call - "Mike (Punjabi) Smith", from 'BT'. Foreign person using my IP address for illegal purposes - would need to disconnect my internet for 5 days. Told me to hit CTRL+R and Windows key and enter something. I played along (doing NOTHING on my laptop, but then asked him, "You say this is coming from my IP address - then you can tell me what it is!?". He gave me a random number from hos head, I guess. "Not even close", I said. "Here you go...I will give you the first two numb

Yet another call from this outfit. Cant believe they are still in business as conned my mother out of ?180 for sky warranty and now trying to con people with call blocking devices/services. The young lad who called recently gave names of the owners as Terry Mills and Cameron Robinson. Not been able to follow these up yet. But avoid any dealings with this outfit!
