Gentleman had the wrong name and was talking about my existing life insurance policy asked him to remove my number was told this isn t a sales a call its a review of my life insurance policy they did not work for my policy holder as they know to contact me on a different number and normal communication is via email but the simple fact is they are working of old information using my wifes maiden name for my surname really clever

Received a couple of calls over the last two days from this number - missed calls on my mobile. Entered the number into search engine and found these comments - very useful. I too have just put details into Aviva and a short term car insurance cover company - and these calls started immediately - funny that! Now I ve seen comments - will just ignore number

Call from 01314414605 Asian male saying he was from Virgin Media Technical Department and my internet speed was sending warning messages and not running correctly. Was asked to do a speed test and download an app. He was adamant he was from Virgin Media although he could not give any of my details to me. Needless to say I hung up. Called Virgin Media who did a test down the line which did not show up any problems.

PPI Claims company. You are given an option to remove your number from their sysytem by pressing 9 on your phone. Time will tell if thats so!

Missed call

Same as the other comments, claimed to be from Talktalk said I had a problem with the router blah blah.

Used the company several years ago but have regretted it since. Continue to get calls even though I have told them in no uncertain terms that I do not wish to be contacted or have any new products.

Mike Paige seems to have quite a reputation for being rude. He was very rude to me when I said the MD was not available, he said I heard you speak to MD. I said he was not available again and he put the phone down.

Told me she was calling from Microsoft, and did I have a microsoft computer and "it very important" I said no, and she got very aggressive shouting maam why are you lying to me maam. I hung up
