Called me up (I was selling a motorbike on aurtotrader), said he was keen on the bike (only having seen the ad). Then asked for my bank details to pay me a deposit. At the time I thought that was ok, but on reflection why would he give a deposit on a bike he hadn't seen? Also wanted to do it in a hurry, so something not quite right. Not saying a scam, could be innocent but felt a bit weird.

SPAM. Nigel Frank recruitment these folk call your mobile usually during work meeting times (9-10) and think it's acceptable to keep your phone ringing for 30sec. Knowing you've probably muted the call with the intention of putting your phone to silent when they eventually abandon the call they'll immediately radial so you cant do this, to annoy you again, which is a bit controlling. Despite telling them you've started a new job, they continue to pester you every month.
Has called several times. This time I answered and it was a recorded voice saying a large amount is trying to be taken for a transaction if not you press 1 . If you press nothing it just cuts of and if you try to ring back it does ring at all. Possible scam.

When I rang it back (02045 385857) it rang & rang. but no reply. It was not a normal ring for the UK but a ring for abroad. This made me think it was the middle of the night somewhere. The lady I spoke to was called ANN............The whole world knew what was happening in the UK . Disgusting.........
