This is a scam invoiced for money never agreed to anything got a £ bill SCAM !!
Asian lady, who I couldn't understand, claiming to be from the government department claims advisory group. Apparently they had a cheque to send me for overpaid bank charges. Told her to send it to me, but she wanted my DOB. When challenged that surely they knew this as they had my name and number and address etc, then they must already have my DOB, she said it was for verification, at which point I thanked her for the call (it included a few expletives) and hung up. Do not engage with them.

I'm pretty sure this is some call centre - similar number (01844398604) is used for call centre connected with EE, probably this one is the same case. They are able to call any time a day, multiple calls in one day...
