Placed an order on AO.com and received a call from this number within 10 mins. When I answered the caller (automated I assume) just hung up - so I assume this is an extended warranty type of call as others have mentioned. Will happily ignore any other calls from this number - glad I found this website, very useful.

Repeated aggressive calls from a man with a Liverpool accent demanding to speak to the 'owner'. When asked where is was calling from, he claimed to be from the Registration Department but refused to state a company. He became increasingly unpleasant and abusive. So far, he has called three times in under 30 minutes and is currently harassing my colleague. Very dangerous and unpleasant, do not give any personal details.
