Telephone Preference Management have rung me twice today using 01863 300016 - very bad line (that's normally a Scottish Highlands code, but obviously Indian call centre). Asked if I was still getting unwanted calls, and said their system showed that my Debit Card expired in 2018. I said he was wrong, and he hung up.

They call me early morning right through till 21:00 "seriously" ppi , injured in an accident & even O2. They just do not listen & when you finally get a word in to say , " Can you please remove my details" this is as far as i get , because they just hang up & then put you back in for a callback!!

Missed call
Extremely rude young man wanting to know personal details relating to having worked in a factory. When I said I never have he asked where I had worked. When I answered that it was none of his business he relied "It is" and then hung up on me. Received another call half an hour later with lots of background noise of calls but no one speaking to me.

I was expecting a call from a person on a number unknown to me. This number called but as soon as I answered put the phone down. My mum told me to check my credit and they had taken it. I had recently put £5 on my phone, and was left with only a couple of pounds. BEWARE!
