Fraud. Automated Female recording about a visa txn - asking to enter a number to respond to questions. Believe it to be a scam as they did not identify me or give appropriate details about my account before they went into their 'rant'. This is not the first time they have called (2 other have been received around same time each day (9:15am to 9:30am) so some automated call scheduler is involved.
Called my elderly mother, said had a cheque for her ( over £3,000) as a PPI refund. Need to send £350 in cash to release the cheque. Scamming scumbags. I will be contacting local trading standards.
