Asked to speak to 'Bia's supervisor - she would not transfer me until I told her whether I was on benefits. I told her I would not tell her that - personal information. Wanted to speak to a supervisor but no luck. Tempted to say 'yes' just to get through to a supervisor - but decided not in case that just lead to even more calls!!!
