Unsolicited call which I didn't answer as I didn't recognise the number. No voicemail received and no messages through other sources so from this I assume it was dodgy in some way.SPAM

Someone called me and pretended that they are from scottish pwower and asked me to confirm my address straight away for security when I said why should I give you my address as I am not expecting your call. And then they just ended the conversation.

It said domestic and general services when I called back and got an answering machine. I can only assume a sales pitch, called me four times in two days.

On Mon 5.12.2016 @ 16.38 hrs. an incoming call to an ex-directory landline no. previously issued to another subscriber to / of my current service provider ( of itself not brilliant since scam & nuisance calls built up using that person's name carry forward - probably why they changed their tel. no. dyafink ? ). The male voice asks for a Vic P several times ; then qualifies the request by asking a male respondeé ( me - not sure where the acute goes ) for a Mrs. Vic is generic in one further way :
