I am expecting another variation of these to call sooner or later. Getting seriously pissed off with these cunts. Missed the call and so I called back it said you were called by a marketing company (sorry didn't get the name) and if I wanted to have my number removed from there database I should select a number which I didn't just in case: I'll be blocking this number anyway as I don't like calls from marketing companies :)

SPAM This number is from a batch of similar numbers: 07488871703. 07488871758, 07488871735, 07488871757, 07488871649, 07488871624, 07488871560. Many have been missed calls and the rest I let ring out. I rang back and they all have had an answering machine with the same female voice putting me in a queue and at no point saying who they are. Whoever they are, they have the ability to have or create many numbers. They get blocked and move onto another number and call back.

Caller said he was from BT and would arrange for an engineer to call round in the next 2 days to install a device that would stop nuisance calls it would last for 15 years. The cost would be a one off charge of £8. Did I want to proceed with getting my line configured. I work in the industry the caller sounded amateurish but could see how other people might be taken in.
