A woman with a West African accent phoned me at 4.30 pm on 12th July 2012. She asked me how my "claim" was progressing and whether she could help. Obviously a telemarketing call because there was the usual buzz of conversation in the background. The annoying thing is that I m on the Telephone Preference List of people who should *NOT* be contacted by telemarketers. Unfortunately, it doesn t seem to have worked in this case. Had call from this number on my mobile this morning - didn?t actually hear phone ring but would have ignored it anyway as number isn?t recognised. It seems frommother messages being left here that it is unwanted cold calling.I will be reporting to Information Commissioners Office.
