I was contacted by these people and when I pointed out that my number was registered with the TPS I was told this it was not a sales call but an advisory call! I have made a written complaint pointing out that they are breaking the Claims Management Regulation rules and that I will be reporting them to the Regulator. I have also reported them to the ICO.

This number is registered to Magrathea Telecommunications Limited who rent the number to this annoying company perhaps you could ring them to find out who they are. If enough of us do perhaps they may realise they should control who they let use there service

Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 20328989xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with ambulance chasers, accident claims - asks you about your car accident that wasn't your fault. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Folks did they call you with the same or something new? I really don't answer unknown numbers and don't want to call them back...
