An Induan sounding man claiming to be from BT saying they had reports of problems with my internet connection. String them along for a while and asked eventually for him to give me my BT account number to prove he was from BT. After my repeated requests for what details they had of some car accident in the past three years on the grounds that I need to contact the Police about fraud. The caller claimed they received the data from LV and hung up. Of course it is fraud. I don't drive. They are using data outside the scope of the DPA and I am sure that if 'One Legal' were any sort of insurer or legal practitioner, their professional body would love to hear the details too.
