SCAM Claimed to be from BT calling about internet, and having other connections on it. Would not expand on what the so called problem was. Address me by an incorrect surname, which only originated from when Santander outsourced their service to India. It was an Indian girl speaking, with a busy background office noise, clearly scams are an industrial scale originating from India. I’m on the BT call monitoring service too, so clearly it doesn’t always work.
AA as per other reviews already spoke to them to renew at a time of my choosing now they are trying to disturb my evening. Cant win. :(
