They called, I answered. I said hello - and they just hung up.Could be a mistake - or perhaps they are searching for someone specific: a certain gender or age or nationality.

A missed call every day for 2 weeks. They mentioned something about pensions. I asked how they got my number and why they have it? They hung up. I've added the number to my reject list.

I'm 69 and now I get dozens of calls a week from people who have illegally taken my phone number from my medical services. They are thieves and it's about time the Government destroyed this and stop taking tax from the thieves.

Some Scouse woman calling about an accident I had - which I haven't had. Just what I don't need to start my weekend!!

A "TPS" scam pretending to add my number to block international calls in future. Kept them on the phone for about 15 minutes to waste their time. They asked for my debit card number which I duly supplied ;-) and then turned the air blue. Sweet revenge!

Said they were from Sky. 1st lady's English was not very good and she did not understand my questions. Asked me to google speed test. Did not understand when I asked if that was all one word or 2 words, must be a question asked by others Im sure.. She passed me on to another lady and she was not much better. I ended the call as I felt sure SKY would employ people with better spoken English than this for a customer service job. This felt wrong so Im going to say its dangerouse. no evedence however.

Number claiming I'd been in a car accident. Claimed to be "the National Advice centre". Sounded fake, I hung up when she said she would pass me to her supervisor.

Had a couple of calls from these guys now, they describe themselves as a crime prevention unit but are nothing more than an advertising company, after 10 mins of them telling me they needed my help to name and shame illegal tradesmen I asked if they were anything to do with the police or actual crime prevention at all, at that point the guy got a bit nasty and I ended the call. Avoid.

Fraud COMMERCIAL AND DOMESTIC INVESTIGATIONS took money of us by claiming they had details of illegal transactions relating to businesses that owe us money. It turns out those businesses are their other client's debtors too and they use their private data illegally. Unfortunately we fell for this scam and paid. The Police let them get away with it as civil matter. The Courts are our only hope.
