She didn't skip a beat before moving straight on to ask if I had had been in any debt management plans or made bankrupt etc. Explained that I was not willing to give personal information and that I had already claimed my PPI back. She asked if I had received less than £1200 as that would be why I had appeared on their system. I informed her that we both knew that was rubbish and just marketing spiel
