Constantly calling me about switching to either smart meters or prepayment meters and constantly asking me to catch energy companies. They become very aggressive and irate of you don t listen or refuse to switch. They will ring you up to 5/6 times aday until you block their number. Extremely irritating.
I haven't found any ratings for this number somewhere else on internet resources, which should be a good sign... Does someone have some experience with this one? Was trying also different formats of this number, but no luck. On the other hand I am not the only one searching for this number as can be seen from different pages... Does anyone know who might be calling?

Fraud - automated voice call claims I have not paid my taxes and a criminal case has been raised against me. Asks me to press 1 to find out more. Obviously a scam that will either direct me to a premium line or a call handler who will ask for my bank details to make sure my tax payments are okay. If only they had heard of UK PAYE.

SCAM - fake text from Virgin Mobile that says your direct debit has failed. It tells you to go to the URL Https://virginmedia-mobile.co.uk which is clearly a fake mockup of the real site. DO NOT PUT YOUR REAL ACCOUNT INFO IN! If you type literally anything into the login boxes it takes you to a fake page that looks just like Virgin Mobile where it asks for payment. This is a scam - if you inserted your login info, reset your password immediately on the real website.
