Caller said he was from Telephone Preference Service. Asked for the new expiration date of my debit card to confirm my ID to help him to prevent scam calls! Presumably phishing for useful ID data.
Called asking to speak to me, when i asked what it was regarding i was told they where offering debt advise to people in Scotland, I replied very politely saying i had no need for any advice and the caller hung up on me half way through my sentence....very rude and didnt even bother to tell me which company he was actually calling from!!
