They phoned me and claimed that I haven't paid my taxes and that I owe £3,900 and with fines that was now around £20,000. Then informed me that I have 2 options Option 1 - to go to court and risk losing the case and owing £20,000 or Option 2 - pay £3,900 now. They also told me that an arrest warrant was outstanding for me and that if I did not pay that the police were on their way to find me and that my assets, passport, driving licence and bank accounts were all about to be frozen.I am not sure how I manag

Uses their Local District Council's name at top of the letter to look like it's from them. IT IS NOT. This number answers as The Funding Helpline, of which there is not trace on Google.
