This is one of the most persistent callers I have come across. Eventually, I found the contact number to remove yourself from their list. (http://www.tnsglobal.com/uk/have-you-been-contacted-for-research/telephone) They claim not to sell on your details from calling numbers on this page.

An Asian gentleman said he was from talk talk and needed to check my router. Asked for access to my PC which I reluctantly gave as he was able to give me part of my address and my talk talk account number. Offered me a refund of ?200 but I needed to access my bank account. He had control of my PC so I did not want to do this. Hung up on him as he was too persistent for comfort!!!

very irritating. calls house 30 times plus per day i had to unplug, had to download call blocker to block to mobile as mobile rings 20 times per day!!!

Just had this number call - but I never pick up the phone. Worst thing you can do, as it confirms to the other end yours is a proper phone number which will be sold on to every piece of scum in the known universe. My advice, which works a treat: tell all your real contacts to call you for the first 4 or 5 beeps, then to put the phone down. Clearly an illegal marketing scam. They think of anybody s name when they call and then, when you say you aren t them, they just carry on, saying that what they are selling will probably interest you anyway. Con merchants.

In my opinion, this is a dodgy number.

persistent harassment calls from slightly different number each time, which makes blocking difficult. If I don t answer, no message ever left on answerphone.
