It’s from Russia and i suspect it’s a scam site but still anything from Russia I wouldn’t class as safe.
I have BT guardian which asks callers to announce who they are before I answer. Most sales calls hang up at that point, this one didn't. Lovely lady explained that I could have a half hour appointment to check energy efficiency of my home and advise of any improvements. I made the appointment. Very polite young man called Adam arrived, checked the loft and roof, looked around, discussed my energy payment per month. The information given was useful, nothing to sign, no sales pitch. I would have no worries.

Got a text from this number 07305 096031 saying: Oi oi, would you be able to sub me 60 til the 24th? I have no idea who this is, and I’m not going to call or reply either as I suspect it’s a scam. Wondering how they got my phone number though!

says credit investigation company when I picked up the call. I questioned their authenticity and was talked over when trying to ask questions so no listening skills there. Alarm bells are ringing ... what an amateur setup. Call leads to a lesser used number from a geographical location (Bolton). Calls blocked. NB: Don't be the 'one' who accepts this, ask questions, no sales & marketing company (legit or not) will make calls like this, question EVERYTHING you have been WARNED! don't do it be vigilant.

BEWARE..these are scammers trying to get you to call their ‘bank helpline’ to check about apparently unauthorised debits from your bank account. I hate people who do this. The automated female voice is realistic but banks never do this sort of stunt. BEWARE!

SCAM Third Chelmsford number blocked today. They hung up when I answered but upon dialling the number displayed, was met with automated message saying CB Brokers or CD Brokers. Suspect it's the same scumbags who have been scamming my elderly mother for a number of years by signing her up for appliance insurance for appliances she doesn't own. Sales call the second I have had in 2 days despite being registered onTPS. Said they were in my postcode area and that I was on a list for having out of date loft insulation and wanted to send a man into my loft! Rang off when I said that was inconvenient. Polite but persistent.

Cold call. Chris. Friendly but persistent for a free survey for loft insulation saying the insulation we have could cause condensation and damp. Declined their invitation, looked online to find the number was from Reading, then at "Wokingham Borough Council News." to find "WARNINGS OF LOFT INSULATION SCAMMERS".

Then a text asking to send £1500.00 because they needed the money and because number was changed it would take 24 hrs for verification . Promised to pay the money back tomorrow. I said I couldn’t pY any money as I was out and didn’t have details on me.
