Alarm bells are ringing ... what an amateur setup. Call leads to a lesser used number from a geographical location (Bolton). Calls blocked. Best he didn't call me when I didn't even have a coffee or a cup of tea or a cigarette. I won't be called dumb or stupid by a fake debt collector. Block or even better tell him to do one and go away.
