This number and many others have been calling me for a couple of months. The company is Beneficial Opinions (http://beneficialopinions.co.uk/). I have asked to be removed from their database every time they call (sometimes 4 times a day) but to no avail. I have also called them back and the message says that due to a technical failure they are unable to answer my call but if I would like to be removed I could call 0161 360 0000 which i did. Fingers crossed this will work. Next step is to report the to the T
