My phone has a spam alert, so numbers like this go unanswered. Be safe only ever answer a number you know, unless it us an unknown number, as it could very well be a hospital or government department trying to contact you. Most hospital or government departments use a switch board and have to dial a prefix to access an outside line. In that case you will not get the number that is trying to call. If a caller with holds a number then it should go unanswered.
After doing some research I have found that they have been closed down by the authorities. Been told to get my money back via the bank
