Lady claiming to be calling regarding the car accident I had recently. I denied having one. She asked if anyone had been in a cat accident at "this address". I asked how she got my number and said from the RTA registration department. I said that was very unlikely as I can't drive. She hung up.

I answered this as it was my local area code, but turned out to be PPI claims. The guy had a northern accent, possibly Bradford area, which is unusual here on the south coast, so I reckon that this number is spoofed.

Received a call from 01618186978 at 11:18am today. The man introduce himself as David Parker, who cannot even spell his name and with an Indian accent. He claims he calling from BT and will disconnect our internet line as it has proven to be hacked for 2 weeks now. I took all details and he said I could check from the number he has given. It's a scam! Please do not give any of your details....these people will hack you if your not careful!
