This is a company called "Next Step Money" based in Hull England, they claim to help you recover any unnecessary PPI charges back from your creditors, they are not the most professional company out there, I would recommend blocking them on your phone as they will harass you every day and try to force you in to doing business with them as they tried with my dad. He stated that it does not matter as ‘they’ can still access. Stated that I would contact Microsoft directly, he gave me another number, I was rumbled when I said I would call back and he asked for me to repeat the number, I’d not written it down! Microsoft do not engage in unsolicited cold calls, and likely not using mobile number

Add this number to your reject list as it is a nuisance! They don t care what time of day or night they call or how many times; they just keep on calling. I ignored lots and when I did answer the woman wouldn t say who she was, but wanted all my details? Fishy!! When I asked how she got my number she hung up but unfortunately this didn t stop them from ringing again so I ve now blocked the number.
