Fraud. Claims to be HMRC and began the call with an automated message about being arrested. I may pay some bills a little late sometimes, but I certainly have not commited a crime. It's sickening. DO NOT ANSWER OR TALK TO THEM.
I just say hold on and leave the phone on the side to waste their call money.

SCAM Claims to be from O2 and sends texts messages during the call requesting that you tell the caller the code that is in the message for a 40% discount. An obvious scam, reported to NCSC and O2 as it looks like they’re trying to scam users into giving O2 account passcodes which is fraud. Kept her talking long enough for her to become quite rude and call me a liar, I’m not even with O2 so not sure why they’d target me, certainly not an O2 employee anyway.

I'm a very local business, so when I see a london code come up, I don't answer. Now their calls are going direct to voicemail.
