I have no idea who this caller is. I was contacted last week and they said they were Provident and immediately asked for my address to which i said i Do Not give that kind of details out especially over the phone and said goodbye to them But still they phone me.

Had a call from this number, they say they are a company called Buchanan Wells and were calling on behalf of NPower, they wanted me to confirm my address etc they have been harrassing me for months about an unpaid debt of which I know nothing about so months ago I asked them to provide proof of debt of which so far they havent.
