This guy has phoned me at least 15 times all morning, he is harassing me. I’m a foster carer looking after a baby and I need my phone switched on but he’s keeping the baby awake and is making me really anxious, just want him to stop. What can I do?

Well, they phoned earlier and a recorded message informed me, that it was my banks security department, which it obviously wasn't, the number trace showed a call the Russian Federation, RED FLAG. She said, Somebody has accesed your account and made a £600 purchase fron Amazon and a £2,000 transfer to an international account, RED FLAG I politely told her to stop trying t scam people and she immediately hang up, basically, our phone providers should block these calls, as we are paying to receive them!
