Claiming to be from a legal firm (in his thick Indian accent) calling about my son's recent accident (used his name so his insurance company must have kindly sold his details). When I said he no longer lives here he asked if I'd recently had an accident! I said no and he hung up.

They called me while I was driving, so didn't pick up BUT they called 6 times over a period of 15 minutes! The voice mails was from a indian gentleman but I was unable to understand what they waned.

I don’t answer if don’t know no. &/ or area their calling from having no connection to me How are they so prolific when ex directory and TPS registered?! Got a text claiming to be Santander saying it had my one time passcode for a large payment. If this payment wasn’t me to ring this number. I do not bank with Santander. It’s a scam. Did not attempt to ring the number.

My wife answered the phone, and an apparently recorded message said that there was a suspicious transaction involving a £300 bill from Amazon which had not been paid. Then she was asked to press some number at which point she ended the call. I found the callers number by using 1471. The call appears to be a scam.
