This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls, fake wins, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. This is PHK a debt management company wanting to sell me their service. Said no a hundred times. They ve been calling me for about 10 months now.

Now they are trying to say it's PBA Packaged Bank Accounts they are dealing with not PPI. I just laughed and said not interested. Number now blocked, idiots.

Called re: a (fictional) car crash that my housemate was supposedly in (bill payer for the phone line). Only have his title and his last name. When asked when the accident happened they say 'in the last few years' and when asked for the address of the company they only say 'South West London'. When I said that we were registered with the Telphone Preference Service and the unsolicited call was illegal and could they add the number to their Do Not Call list, they hung up
