Fraud Apparently HMRC, answered straight away, like that happens. The fraudster was very convincing and directed me through the HMRC website and told I will get a call back from the number on the website. No call back. Wife then called them and they told her the police will be at your door. Scammers need castrating

Recorded voice talking about that there is a warrant out for my arrest due to tax evasion. This followed another call a few days prior from a different number claiming to be HMRC - another recorded voice telling me to press a button in order to speak to someone about my tax evasion and threatening with legal action/arrest if I didn't. Awful messages and probably quite frightening for someone elderly or vulnerable. Don't interact with the messages and block this number!
