If I did not authorise this transaction, press 1. There are innocent souls out there who will be drawn into giving their details over the phone. Trust me - I have had to support them while they tearfully called the police and apologised to me for being so silly.

They asked how the accident happened (claiming they wanted to check accuracy of the information they had on file). The number was different to the ones my real insurance company call me from, so i suspect they were looking to offer some compensation claim service.
