Has rung 3 or times a day for several days. Initially I refused to answer as it was an unknown number and never left a message. Then one brief message was left, merely asking for my name but not announcing who was calling, so I have answered twice since, thrash it out with them and get them to leave me alone but each time it has been total silence. After my repeated requests for what details they had of some car accident in the past three years on the grounds that I need to contact the Police about fraud. The caller claimed they received the data from LV and hung up. Of course it is fraud. I don't drive. They are using data outside the scope of the DPA and I am sure that if 'One Legal' were any sort of insurer or legal practitioner, their professional body would love to hear the details too.
