This is some landline from London area, I couldn't find any info for this specific number, but there are more similar numbers reported (all 020347608xx - just last 2 or 3 digits alternated) - so I assume this should be the same call centre. All of them are used for some kind of telemarketing (sometimes also cold calling), seems to be working for non-profit organizations (Cancer Research UK and similar), but in fact nuisance. People did someone answer this number?

At 9.59 today (13 Oct 21) a chap called Chris phoned saying he was from the Green Energy Centre London saying my loft insulation may well be causing condensation in my house. I could have a free survey and have the insulation replaced if it was unsuitable. When I asked for his Surname and the details of his company he put the phone down! What does that tell me? It must be a scam!
