Called themselves "ECC Insurance" (or something to that description), something about a refund. Typical cold caller rubbish.
This line should belong to some company, but no remark on internet about it. Haven't found any info for this one, does anyone have some experience with this number? Similar numbers from the same range were previously reported as financial marketing mostly - Accident claims, debt management, PPI.
