Apparent unsolicited mortgage marketing call. They identified themselves as "Mortgage Review". Refused to answer my questions about who they were and what they wanted and why they had called, insisting I should identify myself first. They then tried to get me to put my wife on the line, becoming more and more irate. I would expect legitimate callers to identify themselves and their business before demanding information.

If I did not authorise this transaction, press 1. There are innocent souls out there who will be drawn into giving their details over the phone. Trust me - I have had to support them while they tearfully called the police and apologised to me for being so silly.
