Today, 15:32, only answered because I was expecting a recruitment company to call. Person advised they were calling about PPI, I advised this was a business number and requested that it be taken off their list, they agreed and we said goodbye, all nice and amicable, no need for shouting or rudeness. Will now add it to my contact called "DO NOT ANSWER" contact which takes it up to a grand total of 26 numbers :)

Would not tell me where she was, claimed company was in w Yorkshire, this looks to me like a Liverpool number.
