Same as below, called saying I was entitled to a tax rebate, and saying I could claim money back for washing my clothes. Line quality was appalling, sounded like they were calling from inside a tin can.
Caller wanted to ask me "2 simple questions" but then refused to reveal what the survey was regarding and hung up after I queried! Weird. Avoid.
