Rang quoting my name and referencing a Barclay loan for £5500 that I'd taken out (I hadn't!). Became short and pushy when I told him I hadn't had a loan. The caller then put the phone down abruptly. Blocked this number!
I checked my o2 account today and it said that i have 4.50 3 times this month of a company called ume ltd.i live text o2 they told me to text stop to them and to call them for a refund .i tried to call them but goes to answer phone and to leave name and number and will contact me in 2 working days. I live text o2 this evening and they have barred 3rd party on my account and given me their email to complain i think this is a scam and a goverment one ps authority.org .uk .hopefully i can get my money back
