Received a voice mail in relation to an pre booked appointment returned the call to a staff member called Carl. I was told my appointment was cancelled as I hadn't taken the call the day before (which was never made) and was laughed at and then refused to pass the details of his manager and hung up.

Do not under any circumstance give them your details. Although it all sounds official it is a scam the NCA would never contact you in this way!
