i googled 08439801263 to see who it was as i missed the call and its not linked to a business so i called the number and it said i dailed an incorrect number
SCAM Recorded message tells you that you are under investigation for financial activity and to press 1 for more details, before an arrest warrant is issued. Had several calls like this previously, never pressed 1 yet ( and still a free citizen, surprisingly) but it's highly likely that it would connect you to a premium line and charge some indecent sum to your phone bill.
