Mobile phone contract stealer.

Scam from asian sounding male suposedly working for Virgin Media and claiming that my router was faulty. After getting me to jump through some hoops, told me that I would be getting a new router and £204.56 in compensation. That when I realised it was a scam and they needed my account details which they did not get.

SCAM / SPAM recorded call allegedly from hmrc, stating if you dont call back you will face the legal consequences - utter trash, block the number and ignore

SCAM they call/leave a message telling that they are HRMC and that if you don’t call them back you’re going to get arrayed. HRMC website confirmed that this is not how they operate and this is a scam.

Well, they phoned earlier and a recorded message informed me, that it was my banks security department, which it obviously wasn't, the number trace showed a call the Russian Federation, RED FLAG. She said, Somebody has accesed your account and made a £600 purchase fron Amazon and a £2,000 transfer to an international account, RED FLAG I politely told her to stop trying t scam people and she immediately hang up, basically, our phone providers should block these calls, as we are paying to receive them!

HMRC called threatening me for solicitor details. When I said that I had no idea what this was all about, they shouted you are going to get arrested then you criminal and hung up. Obviously fake.

A recorded message saying that my internet had been hacked and that there was suspicious activity - then asked me to select option 1. When I didn’t, the phone went dead!

Keep ringing a saying he is my neighbour asking for toilet paper keeps ring my phone on not just 07520619169 but on 07520635949 these are the number he is using

Strong middle eastern accent, stating from bt, infOrming me my broadband was unsafe, I had just ordered broadband the previous day, he knew my name also. I accused him of attempting to scam me and he hung up the phone. I rang the number back but it was not

Not sure what it was, but diffust to leave him, always trying new ways to keep the interest.

Automated call claiming to be from BT saying that my internet line was compromised and to select one of twp choices. I didn’t choose either and the line went dead.

you tell these people you are not interested and to your name of their dialler and block them so they just phone you from another number, sometimes a mobile. When it is a local number i tried just letting it ring then calling them back to see who they wer
